Everyone is gaining great results with Adventure Boot Camp and you can too! If you are looking for a workout, Houston Area Adventure Boot Camp is for you. Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast, everyone will get a great experience. We offer fitness instruction and motivational training, packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our coaching. Houston Adventure Boot Camp is taught by certified personal trainers each with additional boot camp training experience. It is a four-week fitness program of instruction and motivation. Each day, your camp will be one hour in length, motivating and inspiring. It’s a fitness adventure that will get you in shape!!

  • We are the longest established boot camp in Houston and this is ALL WE DO. We don’t have multiple programs and services. We concentrate on this one thing, and that’s giving you the best training experience you can get.
  • We treat you like a personal client, not just a number in a group. We will not overwhelm you with oversized groups. We will keep it so you still get a person experience
  • Our workouts are never, ever, ever, ever the same routine twice! We have a team of trainers that share ideas to keep every routine fresh and new.
  • We have multiple locations and times for your convenience and we are always looking for new areas to open new locations.
  • We are the only Certified Boot Camp. Most boot camps are started up by a personal trainer who is trained to work one on one in a gym and the experience doesn’t transfer well to a group. We are actually certified by the National Exercise for Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) to be experienced boot camp instructors.
